Originally born in Deep River Ontario, but was raised in Victoria BC from the age of one. Sean considers himself a true Island boy at heart. Raised watching his father flip houses in the Cowichan Valley, Nathan always approaches life intending to learn from experience. He has learned from managing rental houses around Victoria, legalizing secondary suites in Duncan and owning a painting franchise in Gordon Head. Nathan started formally studying Real Estate in 2013 and joined The Neal Estate Team in 2015.

Karen Love born in Tacoma Washington, has spent most of her life on Vancouver Island. She attended St. Margaret’s Academy. Karen started her career working for the Federal Government in the Canada Pension Plan department.
